Littleton Gynecology and Wellness is a five clinician gynecology group that moved to a new Highlands Ranch office in February 2026 and is renaming itself Littleton Wellness Center. Dorr is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery, and the practice bio says Dorr is happy to be providing hormone optimization with pellet therapy for both men and women. Hormone therapy here is delivered almost entirely as bioidentical pellets inserted in the office, and the practice argues on its own pages that pills, patches, creams and injections give less consistent levels. Alongside hormones the group performs its own office procedures, among them hysteroscopy, endometrial ablation, loop excision and urodynamic testing, and it runs a urogynecology line covering incontinence surgery, pessaries and prolapse repair. It also offers radiofrequency treatment of vaginal and vulvar tissue, sells its own nutraceutical line, and draws hormone and expanded cholesterol labs through outside partners. Care is billed to insurance, and a new patient starts by downloading the intake packet and the hormone assessment form.
