Diana Liedtka-Holmquist built her own menopause practice under the name Tamarack Wellness Clinic and now sees patients at Missoula Women's Healthcare on Fort Missoula Road. She moved there from her old Dixon Avenue office and switched from a cash practice to billing insurance. New patient visits run about 60 minutes. She sends an intake form after registration and reads it before the visit, then works out the diagnosis and any testing together with the patient. She prescribes FDA-approved hormone therapy, bioidentical and compounded hormones and testosterone, in transdermal, oral, vaginal and topical forms, and she excludes pellets. Appointments are booked through the office rather than online, and callers are asked to say they want a perimenopause or menopause consultation with Diana.
