Dr. Riedel left a large South Jersey medical group in 2026 to open this solo direct care practice, which treats perimenopause and menopause and nothing else, so patients are required to keep their own primary care physician or gynecologist. The first appointment runs 90 minutes, and patients get direct access between visits instead of a phone tree. A free 15 minute virtual meet and greet is offered for questions about the practice and its policies, but it is not an intake and no medical recommendations are given in it. Hormone therapy is started one hormone at a time so that a side effect can be traced to the drug that caused it. Pellets are refused outright, and the practice explains publicly that they push hormone levels far above the normal female range.
