Dr Busch opened Seattle Menopause Medicine in 2023 and works out of the Green Lake clinic in Seattle, seeing patients there and by video anywhere in Washington. She treats perimenopause and menopause with body identical estrogen, progesterone and testosterone, partners with a compounding pharmacy when one is needed, and does not recommend pellet implants of any kind. Her care runs on a Health at Every Size and trauma informed model, so a visit is built around symptoms and diagnosis rather than size. That comes out of a career spent first in community health, then in transgender care, and most recently in the medical management of eating disorders. The practice is not a primary care clinic, and she expects you to keep your own doctor for anything outside women's health. She is moving her own patients onto a concierge membership, so a new patient starts with a one time consult and then enrolls for ongoing care.
A physician-led longevity and performance practice based in Seattle, where the practitioner is medical director. Care begins with an in-person day in the Seattle area for baseline diagnostics, covering over a hundred biomarkers, body composition, cardiorespiratory fitness, continuous glucose monitoring, genomics and multi-cancer screening. It then moves to quarterly labs and structured medical reviews, with follow-ups virtual or in person. A women's track is described for perimenopause, menopause and after, with hormone and metabolic diagnostics and ongoing telehealth support, and physicians provide prescriptions and referrals as clinically appropriate.
