About Karmel Women's Care
Dr. Karmel has been in private practice in Houston since 1995 and runs Karmel Women's Care as a solo gynecology office in the Texas Medical Center. She sees women from adolescence through post menopause, so her menopause and hormone therapy pages sit next to ones on fibroids, heavy periods and painful sex. She calls herself the global gynecologist because she asks about work, stress and home life before settling on a treatment plan. She also holds the top level of certification from the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis and uses hypnosis for menopausal symptoms including hot flashes. Her FAQ says there is little to no wait because the practice does not see a high volume of patients.
