About the practice

Green Mountain Menopause is a solo practice working out of shared office space on the Burlington waterfront. Care starts with a free twenty minute video call that the practice describes as a low pressure way to find out whether its model fits, and new patients then book a one hour consultation that goes through medical history and symptoms and ends with an individual plan. After that first visit a patient picks between a monthly membership, which covers one half hour check in each month plus portal access and coordination of labs, imaging, referrals and prescriptions, or paying for each follow up visit instead. Phelps can order lab testing and write prescriptions as part of a plan, and follow ups are usually spaced four to twelve weeks apart while the response to treatment is watched. Visits happen by video or in person at the Burlington office, and no referral is needed to be seen.
