Marcia Dietzel

Aesthete Acupuncture is a solo practice run by Marcia Dietzel, who goes by Dr. M with her patients. She is an acupuncturist and not a prescriber, so her Menopause Support program treats symptoms with acupuncture and Chinese medicine and then sends women to outside prescribers for hormone therapy. The first visit runs ninety minutes and includes a written guide to hormone therapy options and a list of lab tests to request from your own doctor. She has extra training in integrative pelvic floor therapy and treats leaking, prolapse and vulvar pain alongside the usual midlife symptoms. She also runs a cosmetic side of the practice with microneedling and cosmetic acupuncture, which she frames as collagen support as estrogen declines. Visits are in person only at her San Antonio office, and she often checks in by email after a session.
