Dr. Praderio runs a solo practice in Corpus Christi that pairs gynecology with a medspa, under the names Modern Gyn and Modern Medspa. For menopause she offers both FDA approved hormone therapy and compounded bioidentical options including pellets, and chooses between them from a woman's symptoms, hormone levels and medical history. She also treats vaginal dryness and mild urinary leakage with in office radiofrequency devices and a platelet rich plasma injection, and runs a weight loss program built on weekly visits, body composition checks and a GLP-1 medication. Her new patient page is unusually blunt about the limits of the practice.
