Amy Pearlman

Urology · MD, MSCP

Accepting new patients
  • Coral Gables, FL · In person & virtual
  • Self-pay

PRIME Institute is a small cash-pay practice in Coral Gables that Pearlman co-founded with Dr. Michelle Pearlman, a gastroenterologist. Pearlman is a urologist, and most of the practice's sexual health pages are written for men. Her women's care is genitourinary syndrome of menopause and low libido, treated with vaginal estrogen, vaginal DHEA and low-dose testosterone, plus non-hormonal drugs like flibanserin and bremelanotide. She tests vaginal pH in the office with a swab and a strip, then retests during treatment to check that the topical hormones are working. Systemic estrogen and progesterone for women is her partner's program, not hers. New out-of-state patients have to be seen in person for the first consultation.

Kate M. Zaluski

OB-GYN · MD, MSCP

Accepting new patients
  • Providence, RI · In person & virtual
  • Insurance or self-pay

Zaluski is one of three clinicians in the Midlife Care Center at Women & Infants Hospital, a consultative menopause program that sits inside the hospital's gynecology specialties group. Patients reach it on a referral from their primary care provider or gynecologist, or by calling the clinic directly. The stated work is evaluation and treatment of hot flashes and night sweats, vulvovaginal problems such as dryness and painful sex, and preventive care for women in midlife. The team's own page invites women to come in and talk through hormonal and non-hormonal options, including women already on hormone therapy who want to review what they are taking. Alongside the menopause work Zaluski keeps a general gynecology practice, with listed interests in abnormal uterine bleeding, cervical dysplasia and vulvovaginal health. Zaluski also sees patients at two other Care New England offices.

Jenny Lichon

OB-GYN · DO, FACOOG, MSCP

Accepting new patients
  • Sarasota, FL · In person & virtual
  • Takes insurance

Dr. Lichon is an OB-GYN in a nine-clinician women's health group in Sarasota. Her own bio lists perimenopause and menopause care as a special interest, and she also does laparoscopic and robotic surgery and in-office procedures. The group's hormone therapy page is strongly in favour of hormone therapy, describing bioidentical estrogen and progesterone, low-dose testosterone for low energy or libido, and compounded products made by pharmacies. New patients request a visit by phone, referral or the patient portal, and a nurse coordinator matches them with a provider. Availability can be limited because of staffing shortages. Her bio says she pays particular attention to managing pain and anxiety during office procedures.

Sarah Krauss

OB-GYN · MD, MSCP

Accepting new patients
  • Cape Coral, FL · In person only
  • Takes Aetna

Dr. Krauss is a board-certified ob-gyn in a large women's care group with offices in Cape Coral and Fort Myers. Her own page says she offers individualized perimenopause and menopause care and also helps patients reach and keep a healthy weight. The group's menopause pages describe hormone therapy as pills, patches, gels, sprays and vaginal estrogen. They also describe a gynecologic laser for vaginal changes. New patients book their first visit online through the patient portal. Patients are asked to leave a card on file, and the office charges a fee for missed appointments.

Kristen Beaufort

Women's health · PA-C, MSCP

Accepting new patients
  • Augusta, GA · In person only
  • Takes Aetna, Anthem +9

Kristen Beaufort is one of two clinicians at West Augusta Obstetrics and Gynecology, a small Augusta practice she shares with Dr. Susan Bridges. She grew up in the area, trained as a physician assistant at the Medical College of Georgia, and has worked in women's health since 2008. The practice lists menopause management and alternative hormonal therapy among the gynecology services it provides, alongside contraception, endometriosis care and adolescent visits. Ultrasound and digital mammography are done in the office. Appointments are made by phone rather than online, and the office keeps short hours, closing for an hour at midday and at noon on Friday. New prescriptions and refills are handled during office hours, and the practice says some medication requests will need a visit first.

Peyman Banooni

OB-GYN · MD, MSCP

Accepting new patients
  • Beverly Hills, CA · In person only
  • Insurance or self-pay

This is a solo OB-GYN office in Beverly Hills where menopause care sits alongside general gynecology and obstetrics. He sees women from young adulthood through later life, so a patient can stay with one doctor as her needs change. The first visit covers history, symptoms, weight, blood pressure, a physical exam and lab work. Hormone therapy is designed for each patient and can be a pill, patch, lotion, spray, injection, vaginal tablet or ring, or a pellet placed under the skin. He pairs it with diet and exercise counseling and refers out when needed. He sits on the Medical Executive Committee at Cedars-Sinai, where he trained.

Bruce Dorr

OB-GYN · MD, FACOG, FPMRS

Accepting new patients
  • Highlands Ranch, CO · In person only
  • Insurance or self-pay

Littleton Gynecology and Wellness is a five clinician gynecology group that moved to a new Highlands Ranch office in February 2026 and is renaming itself Littleton Wellness Center. Dorr is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery, and the practice bio says Dorr is happy to be providing hormone optimization with pellet therapy for both men and women. Hormone therapy here is delivered almost entirely as bioidentical pellets inserted in the office, and the practice argues on its own pages that pills, patches, creams and injections give less consistent levels. Alongside hormones the group performs its own office procedures, among them hysteroscopy, endometrial ablation, loop excision and urodynamic testing, and it runs a urogynecology line covering incontinence surgery, pessaries and prolapse repair. It also offers radiofrequency treatment of vaginal and vulvar tissue, sells its own nutraceutical line, and draws hormone and expanded cholesterol labs through outside partners. Care is billed to insurance, and a new patient starts by downloading the intake packet and the hormone assessment form.

Suzanne Donick Siegel

Physician · MD, FACEP, MSCP

Accepting new patients
  • Lake Forest, IL · In person & virtual
  • Self-pay · first visit $500

Dr. Siegel is a board certified emergency physician who spent more than 30 years in busy emergency rooms and now runs a consultative menopause practice inside the Forward Focus Concierge Medicine office in Lake Forest. She writes that she saw what happens when women lose estrogen, including hip fractures, recurrent urinary infections, heart attacks and strokes, and she started this practice to prevent those rather than treat them. First visits run 60 to 90 minutes and patients fill out detailed questionnaires beforehand so the time together goes to history, symptoms and planning instead of paperwork. She prescribes hormone therapy and offers non hormonal options for women who cannot or do not want to take it, and once a plan settles a patient can usually get a full year of refills. She does not order broad hormone panels, since she says symptoms guide menopause care better than levels that swing week to week, and she sticks to screenings such as thyroid, lipid and metabolic panels, vitamin D and a baseline DEXA. She is not a replacement for a primary care doctor or gynecologist and offers to work alongside them, and visits can be in person or by video for patients located in Illinois or Wisconsin.

Jennifer Griffin

Integrative medicine · MD, ABOIM, MSCP

Accepting new patients
  • Roseville, CA · In person & virtual
  • Self-pay

Bloom Wellness MD is Dr. Griffin's own integrative practice in Roseville, built around perimenopause and menopause care. She spent 10 years in family medicine and 11 years in integrative and functional medicine at Sutter Health before opening it, and she is fellowship trained at the University of Arizona's Andrew Weil Center. Her first choice for hormone therapy is FDA-approved bioidentical products such as estradiol patches, gels, sprays and rings, and she turns to compounded hormones only when a commercial product cannot meet a patient's dosing or ingredient needs. The practice does not provide primary care or urgent care, so you need to keep your own primary care physician. New patients can book a free 15-minute call first, and the initial visit runs a full hour. A certified health coach is available for optional one-on-one sessions on nutrition and elimination diets.

Align Wellness is a small hormone clinic in Baton Rouge run by Becky Adcock, a family nurse practitioner whose background is in primary care and OB/GYN. Care starts with a 45-minute consultation that looks at symptoms, labs and lifestyle before a hormone plan is written. New patients begin by filling out an online medical history form, and the clinic says it will reach out within a day. She prescribes testosterone for women alongside other hormone treatment, and some medications come from compounding pharmacies. The clinic also offers aesthetic treatments such as injections and skin and hair procedures. Some visits can be done by telehealth.

Dr. Ellingson is a family physician at Three Rivers Family Medicine, the rural health clinic attached to Three Rivers Hospital in Brewster. She has worked in North Central Washington since 2002, and for years that meant emergency shifts, deliveries, cesarean sections and hospital inpatients alongside clinic visits. She sees newborns through adults, and the hospital says she has found a niche in treating women through perimenopause and after menopause. On her clinician page at a Seattle menopause practice she describes ten years of working with women in perimenopause and postmenopause using bioidentical hormone therapy. She speaks Spanish fluently and has cared for a large Spanish speaking population her whole career. She is also the hospital's medical staff president and medical director of a children's foundation in Lesotho.

Upper East Side Gynecology is a two physician practice on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, and Dr. Wells built it at this address in 2005. The services page lists management of menopause among its office gynecology, but the site names no hormone treatment anywhere, so what is prescribed for menopause is not published. Most of the published detail is procedural. The office does LEEP, colposcopy, biopsies, diagnostic hysteroscopy and IUD insertion on site, and laparoscopic and vaginal surgery is done at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Wells and the other physician here trained together in residency at Mount Sinai in 2001, and both still teach residents and medical students. New patients register and sign their forms on the practice portal before the first visit, and that portal is also how patients message the doctors directly.

Cascade Functional Medicine is the Vancouver practice her father started in 1988, and she joined it in 2008 as his youngest daughter. She leads the functional medicine side, where hormone problems get worked up alongside gut health, micronutrient status and metabolism rather than on their own. Hormone testing here leans on dried urine panels instead of blood, because she wants to see cortisol across the whole day and how estrogen is broken down. When hormones are indicated she has them made by sterile compounding pharmacies, and she runs a supervised weight loss program that tracks body composition so patients on GLP-1 medication keep their muscle. The same office also does aesthetics, FAA flight physicals and immigration exams, so it is a small general practice rather than a menopause-only clinic. Refills need an office visit, the office will not take refill requests from a pharmacy, and a card is kept on file for late cancellations.

Dr. Roberts is one of ten clinicians at OB-GYN North Dallas, a Plano group that has been seeing women since 1980. He is a board-certified OB-GYN, and the practice's menopause page speaks of him personally as offering treatment for menopause. It is a full-scope office, so menopause care sits alongside prenatal care, birth control, infertility and high-risk pregnancy rather than being the whole practice. The menopause page describes hormone therapy as an option when symptoms do not fade, with close monitoring and dose changes over time. The office is on the Plano hospital campus, offers same-day appointments, and many staff and doctors speak Spanish. The site shows no virtual visits, so care is in person.

Abby Brown

OB-GYN · CNM/FNP, MSCP

Accepting new patients
  • Brighton, MI · In person & virtual
  • Takes Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield +32

Abby Brown is a nurse practitioner in the obstetrics and gynaecology clinics at University of Michigan Health, and she sees patients at the Brighton health centre as well as two Ann Arbor sites. She trained in both nurse midwifery and family practice, and she cares for women across the span of adult life, from contraception and low risk obstetrics through menopause. She is also one of the nurse practitioners in the health system's vulvar diseases clinic, which treats skin conditions of the vulva such as lichen sclerosus along with precancerous changes. A new patient there gets a long first appointment covering nursing education, a clinical exam and a sexual health visit, and a return visit is often with a different member of the team on purpose. Referrals to that clinic are heavy enough that it no longer takes routine vulvodynia cases and sends them to a separate clinic in the system. Visits can be in person or by video, and a video visit means being physically in Michigan on the day.

Women's Health Specialists of Pasadena is a four provider obstetrics and gynecology practice on Burke Road that sees women from adolescence through the menopausal years and beyond. Dr Ocon has practiced in the Pasadena and Houston area since 1998 and still delivers babies alongside his gynecology work. What stands out is how much surgery he does in the office rather than a hospital, including endometrial ablation and sterilization under local or no anesthesia, so patients are often back to normal activity the same day or the next. The practice lists menopausal medicine and hormone replacement therapy among its gynecology services, but that line speaks for the whole practice. His own biography does not mention menopause or hormones, while the biographies of both his gynecologist colleagues do. Scheduling and forms run through an online patient portal, and the office asks patients to log in before a visit.

She also sees patients at the group's Mooresville office, and both take new patients through online booking. The office handles general gynecology and obstetrics, and its own service list names menopausal care and hormone testing. Her stated focus is adolescent gynecology, infertility and obstetrics, and her bio says she loves helping women from pregnancy through menopause. Her father was an OB/GYN, and she says she never expected to follow him until she found the work in medical school. This is ordinary health-system gynecology rather than a dedicated menopause program, so care runs through Atrium's own scheduling and billing.
